For 30 years, I worked primarily as an oncology pharmacist in environments where precision, steadiness, and clear judgment were non-negotiable.
In those spaces, I learned something that continues to shape me:
When systems are under stress, urgency does not create stability.
Structure does.
Timing does.
Calm presence does.
I carried that understanding quietly for many years before I realized it extended beyond medicine.
In clinical settings, I often observed how capacity was not the issue. Insight was rarely the problem.
Effort was rarely the problem.
More often, the nervous system was simply overwhelmed.
Over time, I began to understand that regulation is not optional.
It is foundational.
Clear thinking, integration, and sustainable change require safety first.
I am a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator and trauma-informed practitioner.
The 9D journeys are intentionally designed and structured, with specific breathing techniques, soundscapes, and guided sequencing that support consistency.
My role is not to activate or perform.
My role is to steward the space — ensuring that what unfolds does so within a regulated, predictable container.
Healing is not rushed.
Release is not forced.
Your body sets the pace.
Small, intentional containers
Clear orientation before deeper work
Down-regulation prioritized first
Respect for your body’s timing
A steady, non-dramatic environment
This is not intensity-driven work.
It is steady work.
The field matters as much as the technique.
Transitioning from oncology pharmacy to breathwork was not a rejection of my past.
It was an honoring of what I learned there.
Responsibility.
Timing.
Precision.
And the quiet power of calm in moments that matter.
That same steadiness is what I bring into this space.
You are not asked to perform.
You are not asked to push.
You are invited to settle.
From there, your body will know what to do.
